Do you ever feel lost being the "military wife?"
This is a blog from a proud wife that is going through the military life of an AirForce spouse. There are GREAT parts to it, there are TOUGH parts to it, but every part is filled with sacrificial love on both ends of the relationship. I fell in love with my husband during my Senior year in High School and each day that love becomes stronger, closer, and deeper (even when I go weeks, and months without seeing him). The secret, which is not such a secret, is having the base of our relationship grounded in Jesus Christ and His word. This blog will reference "power" scriptures that help me get through the day and ones that I share with my husband to keep him encouraged when I cannot see or talk to him. My blog will also include prayers I pray for him daily. I will also give updates on the AirForce lifestyle (as a spouse) from day 1 of BMT, through Tech-School, and beyond. The key ingredient in creating a recipe for success is the TRUST in the faithfulness of God, though it is easier said than done most of the time, He is ALWAYS faithful and keeps His promises in the end. My husband's favorite quote is and will always be, "God is in control." This is a blog about a marriage that was created, pieced together, and super-glued for a lifetime! Enjoy!
